European: Ronaldinho to stay put

Ronaldinho has underlined his determination to stay at Barcelona on a long-term basis by insisting: "My head is only in Barca. I am not thinking of leaving here." The Brazil international has been the inspiration behind Barcelona's dramatic climb to second place in the Primera Liga this season. And even though former Barca coach Johan Cruyff recently asserted that to dispense with Ronaldinho after one year at the Nou Camp would not be a disaster, and would in fact allow the club to clear a huge chunk of debt, the player has no inclination to depart.Reports have indicated that Chelsea and Real Madrid may try to prise Ronaldinho away from Barcelona at some stage this summer, if Catalan sources provide any further encouragement.
