Argentina striker Ariel Ortega has been handed a lengthy suspension by FIFA and fined �6.5million for walking out on his contract at Fenerbahce.
The former Valencia, Sampdoria and Parma star joined Fener from River Plate last summer but, after signing a four-year contract, walked out on the Istanbul club in February.
