James beattie ushers a rallying cry to try turn the teams fortune round

"We're well paid and that's what we get paid to do. We've got to start pulling the finger out and getting results," said Beattie to Sky Sports News.

"I think some of us have got to start performing and doing the job.

"We have got three or four games within a ten-day period or something like that. It's a great time to pick up points so hopefully we can do that.

"I think the injuries have subsided a little bit, we're getting players back now so hopefully the gaffer [Harry Redknapp] can turn it around.
