Van Damme joined Saints from Ajax for an undisclosed fee in the summer but he is still striving to make the breakthrough at St Mary's.
He has been limited to a seven-minute appearance as a substitute against Chelsea but has not been on the bench for the past two matches.
The 20-year-old could get a chance to impress Saints head coach Steve Wigley in Wednesday night's Carling Cup clash against Northampton Town.
But van Damme is becoming increasingly frustrated at his lack of opportunities on the South Coast and is starting to question the wisdom of his move
to The Premiership.
This guy has being moaning to anyone who would listen, when it got back to the club (I mean how didn't they know in the first place), he stood up in
training and said he respected LeSaux and was very happy to stay at the club. What a loser, stand up for your convictions and tell it honestly!
If he isn't playing then he isn't doing it in training and obviously he is not good enough for the first team yet. He needs to knuckle down and get on
with it...
