is that HBO are moving Heaven and Earth to make the fight happen for December 18 in Los Angles.

Right now, WBC 175lbs champ Tarver is said to be mussing over a $3.2million offer to take on 'the Road Warrior' in the best fight now available at light heavyweight while his IBF counterpart will be looking at a slight increase on the $1million purse he received for beating up Jones last month.
