WBO world featherweight champion Scott Harrison is in line for a unification bout with WBC holder Injin Chi.
The eagerly-anticipated fight has been pencilled in for early next year, possibly in Glasgow.
Chi, of South Korea, claimed the vacant WBC belt in April after knocking out Britain's Michael Brodie.
Harrison, who is desperate to be undisputed champion, will make a mandatory defence of his crown against an as yet unnammed opponent in October.
