Mike Tyson underwent successful arthroscopic surgery to repair the torn knee cartilage the he suffered in his loss to Danny Williams.

"Mike's prognosis for a full recovery is great," said Richard Emerson, who performed the one-hour procedure Monday in Phoenix. "The goal is for Mike to be over 90 percent recovered within approximately eight weeks."

Williams' promoter Frank Warren is telling the press that he wants to stage a rematch between Mike Tyson and Danny Williams in the UK, towards the end of 2004.

No chance...as i said in another thread it won't happen if at all for at least a year. Tyson will be out for longer than 2 months, then he has to train. If he tries to fight this year he could end up crippled and he surely will get knocked out again through lack of training.
