TOURS, France (AP) - Erik Dekker of the Netherlands won Sunday's 252.5-kilometre Paris to Tours cycling classic, finishing comfortably ahead of the chasing pack.
The Dutchman broke away with about 500 metres remaining and held off a massive group of pursuing sprinters, crossing in five hours 33 minutes three seconds and taking 100 World Cup points for the win.
