Head coach Rod Kafer admitted on Sunday that the desire to transform Saracens from perennial under-achievers into genuine trophy contenders takes up
his every waking hour.
Kafer has overseen something of a revolution at Vicarage Road in recent months with 15 players coming in and 16 leaving, though it hardly seems to
have the support of the people as only 5,620 turned up for Sunday's unconvincing 16-10 win over Worcester.
Those Saracens supporters that had enjoyed the riches of an opening weekend victory over Wasps at Twickenham but decided to stay away on Sunday had
the right idea.
