Rugby, Australian Football: Mellor to re-join Sharks

Castleford centre Paul Mellor is to return to former club Cronulla next season.

The 29-year-old, who left the Sharks for Castleford two years ago, has agreed a one-year deal with the Australian outfit.

Mellor began his career as a 17-year-old with South Sydney before moving on to Canterbury.

Mellor featured on Sunday as the Tigers suffered a 39-18 defeat at Wakefield to fall four points behind at the foot of the Tetley's Super League.
