Football: Best league in the World?

So whats you choice and why?

Italian, Spanish, English Prem ect?

I tend to favour the Scottish 3rd Division hah..

I aint tottaly sure what my fav is, the one which i would prob say is the English Prem but i aint sure if thats cos thats the one which is easiest to access and follow.

I think early 90's, the best league was Italy.
