Liverpool's Harry Kewell and Leeds' Mark Viduka have both been included in the Australia squad for the friendly with Jamaica at Reading's Madejski
Stadium on Sunday.
The Socceroos pair have been cleared by their clubs to play in the match, and will meet up with the rest of Frank Farina's squad at the team hotel
today.
A spokesman for Soccer Australia told the Press Association: "We have received confirmation of release from both clubs. They will join up with the
squad and then be subject to normal team selection procedures."
The presence of the former Elland Road team-mates is a boost for Farina, who is without Blackburn's Brett Emerton and Birmingham's Stan Lazaridis
through injury.
