Which team out of the 3 that were relagated have the best chance to go straight back up to the premier league??

I think west ham has the best profile out of the three... It's a pity some teams miss out in the first place.

West Ham have got a very strong side Chris if they can manage to keep the players they have.Even with say just losing 1 or 2 of the players West Ham should win the division quite comfortably.

West Brom's and Sunderland will struggle a bit to come back up as they have no money and some of their better players will go (especially sunderland)..

never heard of any of them.

Leaving my personal feelings out of it, I still think the Hammers will come straight back up and will storm the 1st Division. I'd expect Sunderland to have a good run and come back up. West Brom will struggle, they won so many games 1-0 when they were in this division last time, it can't happen again.
