Definately the LUSCA or the GBO. Although the Lake Illiemma Monster is probably the real thing.

Has anyone seen the movie "Drawing Flies"? It stars Jason Lee and Jason Mewes (Jay from Jay and Silent Bob fame). In it Jason Lees charicter has a vision of bigfoot while watching the Six Million Dollar Man episode with bigfoot in it. This inspires him to drag his friends on a quest to find bigfoot in the canadian wilderness. Eventually his friends ditch out but, in the end he finds bigfoot. It's a great movie. It's the only "View Askew" movie not directed by Kevin Smith. Jason Mewes doesn't play "Jay" but Silent Bob does make a cameo. I think everyone should see this movie. It is awesome.

I had thought the Wendigo was another name for Yeti, Sasquatch, Bigfoot, etc.

I'd have to say Mothman..kinda partial to it considering I live 20 miles from Pt Pleasant.

Oh..reguarding the Wendigo...my impression was that the Wendigo was the 'spirit of the woods' that would make it different from Bigfoot, Yeti etc..but like I said..that's just my impression.

basically, a giant bird. Some say it may be prehistoric in nature, but that's debatable.

Yeah, very seasonal. Let it...rain, let it rain, let it rain.

Although I've been hearing it's gonna change to snow pretty soon here. But who can say, they're wrong as often as they are right...
