Eleven Australasians will contest this week's American Express Championship, but defending champion Tiger Woods is the man to beat in Ireland.

Woods has claimed just one title in 2004, winning the Accenture Match Play Championship, but with new world No.1 Vijay Singh pulling out of the Kilkenny event, Woods will relish the chance to return to the winners' list in his absence.
