Others: Collective Bargaining Agreements

Hey, out of all the professional sports leagues, who do you guys think has the best Collective Bargaining Agreement?

I would say, the N.B.A., with its soft salary cap. It has its faults but I like the idea you can go over and beyond the cap but only to re-sign your own players. That promotes continuity which is something we rarely see in modern professional sports.
