I think it was with the huge upset loss to San Diego then a loss to a overacheiving Seahawks team.(But not having starters so can't blame em on that one.)Then Winning against a horrible Arizona team.(btw franchise will never get back on the right track.)OK playoff time.A week to get ready against a overacheiving Steeler team.Game time Colts line HORRIBLE.Payton must have been hurting. Also Steelers just killing them easily.14-3.Looks bad for Colts at HOME.then uh oh the colts are somewhat coming back late.About 1:40 left in fourth.21-18 steelers.WAIT!! Jerome fumbles.Colts recover He could have gotten the TD if he didnt run in front of "Big Ben".Ben made teh game winning tackle IMO.Colts Ball they get about to the 62 yd line.Work up to the 37.Its 4th down and 2.Mike Vanderjagct one of the best kickers in the league. Its high enough far enough but....not even accurate.Steelers ball.Bam Biggest upset of the year.

Yes, it was a waste. This was probably thier best shot at a title, and they blew it by not being flexible enough during the game, but allowing Peyton to get sacked the whole time. This loss cannot be blamed on any one member of that team, coach or player, but the burden is shared by all, fo rnot being properly prepared.

I'm not sure I'd call it the biggest upset of the year. The Steelers are a damn good team. But the Colts performance in that game was inexcusable. There were breakdowns in almost every phase. The O-line was as inept as they've been all year, but credit the Steelers D for that. It's no excuse, but if I had to come up with a single reason for their showing it would be the fact that they hadn't played a meaningful game for a month. I thought at the time it was a HUGE MISTAKE to rest guys for that long.

I refuse to pin the "choker" label on Manning. Some elsewhere have pointed out that Dungy's never been able to get to the big game either. But I believe they can do it, and they give us our best chance to do it. And if they never do, it's still fun watching. I'd like to get a Super Bowl, but it doesn't ruin the season for me if we don't.

And there's always next year.
