I'm not talking about the BEST running back duo, the ones you really liked watching. There's plenty to choose from, Johnston/Smith, Allen/Jackson.

Mine? I loved the pairing of Barry Word and Christian Okoye. Power BABY!

Well of course, I'd have to say Walter Payton and Roland Harper as my favorite tandem. But I'd have to include the Chuck Muncie/Tony Galbreath duo from the Saints (thunder & lightning). Also Larry Csonka/Mercury Morris from the Dolphins. Although I've always hated the Dolphins.

I have never been much of a fan of RB tandems. That being said, I always liked the name "Thunder and Lightning" for Tiki Barber and Ron Dayne. Even though I hate the friggin Giants...

He didn't live up to expectations Gibbs but yards and TD's are only part of an RB. I love the way this guy blocks. Not a skill a lot of backs really have.

Not that I watch hiim with either the Giants or the
Broncos, but if he had those skills, I don't think that Coughlin would have let him go.

Zonk and Kiick, but then again, I'm a little bias.
