Keeping a Dream Journal

I never did this before but in light of recent events I have decided to do this. I feel I have ignored much insight that could have been derived from this harmless yet useful event that we all go thru each night.

Better late than never to realize this.

I discovered it's kind of difficult to write down everything while the memory of the dream is still fresh in the mind.

Simply because you're not quite awake & there can be a lack of legibility handwriting skills at that particular moment.

So I decided a taperecorder would improve things much better.
