OK, I am going to post the answer to the last question: What was the first US city to be awarded an NHL franchise? sometime during the Daytona 500. All answers must be u2u'd to me by then for them to count.

Standings:

The answer to How many powerplay goals were scored in the 2003 NHL All-Star game? is 0, zilch, nada. There were no penalties in the 2003 NHL All-Star game, just like there weren't any in the 2004 game.

We have some new scorers on the board.

Standings:
3 - toejam
2 - TRD
1 - ProudAmerican
1 - Outlaw44

Next question, this one is multipart, I will post the correct answer on Friday, Feb 20th.

During the 2002-2003 season, what was the only team in the NHL to not lose a regular season game when leading after 1 period, and what was their record when leading after 1 period? 3pts

Please send all answer to crayon via u2u.

I think I got it, u2u sent. Good question, probably an 8.5 on the difficulty scale.

I think I am slacking a little here. Maybe its because of lack of participation?

I am going to extend the deadline for the following question to Wednesday Feb 23rd.

During the 2002-2003 season, what was the only team in the NHL to not lose a regular season game when leading after 1 period, and what was their record when leading after 1 period?

Please send all answers to crayon via u2u.

John, that is a great question, but please read the very first post. What I would like to do is keep the questions under some sort of control (read mine), because we would like to give some sort of prize away when we have it all hammered out.

Do you know the answer to my question? Send me a u2u.

Yuppers PA, got your u2u, still have it actually.

TRD, yeah, some are hard. Glad that they are not all super easy though.

Cheers

Well, looks like the excitement of this has worn down. Maybe we will have to wait to officially start the Trivia thread. Probably when there is a prize when winning.

The answer to During the 2002-2003 season, what was the only team in the NHL to not lose a regular season game when leading after 1 period, and what was their record when leading after 1 period? is the Minnesota Wild with a record of 21-0-1 when leading after 1 period.

ProudAmerican was the only one that even sent me an answer.

Standings:
4 - ProudAmerican
3 - toejam
2 - TRD
1 - Outlaw44

Hey, congrats to PA for winning the month. I don't plan on asking a new question in Feb. Like I said earlier, probably hold of on official trivia for a while.
