New York Yankees first baseman Jason Giambi will hold a Thursday press conference at Yankee Stadium, presumably to discuss his alleged steroid use, according to various published reports.

Both The New York Times and the New York Post have reported Giambi will talk with reporters inside the "House that Ruth Built."
