Can't get into RATS

I have been working my butt of to get into the Rats board and now that I have over 3500 points, I am still not able to get in.. Can someone tell me what I need to do and if I am missing something here..

if it's nothing in it, we'll have to make something in it.
but since this is the internet, and people are paranoid noone dears to tell anything really above top secret, not even in RATS. it's not safe to tell secrets anywhere.
but still, we have to make RATS worthwhile to buy access to. right??
