Is this a glitch?

I just got access to RATS for 1,750 points. On the RATS forum, it still says 3,500. Unless there is some sort of discount sale going on, I'm really confused...

Why should I be complaining you might be saying? Well, I'm not. I was just a little baffled... 1,750? seems a little low... maybe it IS a glitch in the Matrix. I mean, system.

I've been trying to decide whether to use my points to get in here but mind was made up for me. Never could resist a bargain. I just hope that i can think of something interesting to say now I'm here.
