Well, I take it that you are into some earth religion. There is nothing wrong with that. I think that it is rather naive,personally, not to respect the earth. The book of Revelation is quite clear that God hates destroyers of the earth. Revelation 11:18

Christ lives only in those that love him and obey his commandments. Sadly, those that feel "God is in everyone" will find out soon enough that they're wrong. Either way, the idea is completely New Age driven and has no basis in the Scriptures whatsoever.
