All of the posts in every forum appear to be posted
on 12/7 on my screen........
is my clock the only one that is stuck?

Yes


Instead of having that date set in your settings (Member Center -> "Account Settings" -> "Date format"), you should put a correct "format of the date" and not an actual date. Not 12/07/2006 but i.e. "mm/dd/yyyy"

The dataformat in your account settings actually reads "12/07/2006"
It should read something like: "dd-mm-yyyy"

Go to the Member Center and click on account settings to set the formate to your preference.
