This open e-mail is my formal request to the U.S. Naval Academy to court martial alumni, including Vice Admiral Scott A Fry, who appear to have coordinated 'al-Qaeda' red teams in the triphibious (land, air and sea) war games of June 1-2, 2001 and 9/11.

On day 1 (June 1, 2001) of the "Amalgam Virgo" war game, Vice Admiral Fry signed an instruction (below) to give the National Operations Manager of the Federal Aviation Administration the authority to bypass the US Secretary of Defense and NMCC-DoD chain of command in the event of actual or perceived acts of aircraft piracy (hijacking).

On 9/11, Fry's instructions allowed Ben Sliney, a former `red-team' labor lawyer for the mobbed-up Laborers' union (LIUNA), to exploit his first day as the FAA's National Operations Manager and stand down `blue-team' interceptors from the U.S. Air Force.

I, Field McConnell (USNA 71), request Vice Admiral Fry (USNA 71) be investigated for his apparent role as coordinator of the `9/11 red-team' which assassinated the pilot of American Airlines Flight 77, Captain Charles Burlingame (USNA 71), and sabotaged strategic military targets, including the US Naval Command Center in the Pentagon.

This is some fascinating research you've got here. I can't believe no-one's replied to it. By the way, the ratical link seems to have gone, and I couldn't find it by searching the ratical website.

There had to be more to the exercises on 9/11, and it's starting to come out.

I'm confused... Does this imply that '9/11 red-team' was responsible for the hijacking of AA77? We have all been saying that it's awfully strange that no jets were scrambled, and the official explanation is incompetence - something even stranger, as they run this hijacking routine all the time. Now we find that there were orders given to deviate from the routine? To not inform the DoD or SoD?
