hello, i was wondering if someone could point me to a web site that teaches people about electricity and correlation between V and frequency and if you manipulate the frequency what happens to the current. stuff like that.. im very interested in it.

thank you.

Okay, here is a GOGGLE search for alternating current

I think you should find what you need there. Or at least it is a start, to get you going in the right direction.

and some basics here:

I can tune you in a little mate, The current isn't so "much" dependent on frequency as thats a function of the Voltage applied ( Volts ) and the resistivity of the circuit.

The best way of laymanning it is like this, imagine a pump pumping water through a pipe. The pump and its pressure = Volts and the water flow = Amps ( current ). The diameter of the pipe ( acts resistively ) so at a certain pressure only so much water can flow without upping the pressure. If you restrict the diameter of the pipe then less water can flow and a greater pressure drop occurs across this pipe ( Volt Drop ).

Frequency is a different beast as if you were to use AC in the above senario you would have to imagine a pump that can reverse itself which is impractible for layman terms.

Typically you use a function of Voltage Applied or resistive variance to change current ( in simple terms ) but you can also use chokes ( Inductors ) to limit inrush currents and to boost voltages used in circuits to provide an inductive kick like in the case of Car Coils.
