Is this the new (post Civil War) Fantastic Four?

Marvel has released this image of FF #544 with the question of "Is this the new Fantastic Four?"

It looks like they are creating buzz for a line up of the Human Torch, Thing, Black Panther and Storm.

I've said many times before that I dont read comics/graphic novels although i'd like to, but I would hate missing issues and stuff like that..

But anyway the reason i'm posting:
Why would they split up the fantastic four, has someting happened to Mr Fantastic and the invisible woman???

It looks like they are getting separated due to the events of Civil War. Mr Fantastic was on the side the was pro-superhero registration ans the Invisible Woman was outraged about the things that the pro-registration camp was doing.

I wonder how many of these Marvel is going to put out there?

F4 and 2 villains?

I like the idea of reshuffling the Four. In the The End? miniseries, Reed and Sue had split up and left the F4, funny thing is it was written a while before Civil War.

A new (temporary) FF would be a pretty nice change from the norm.
