Palasheea, I usually agree with most of your posts. However, just because a picture was not digitally manipulated, does not mean the object in the picture is real. All that it means is that the photo was not manipulated.
Who is to say that the "aliens" in the pictures you have presented are not in fact very well constructed puppets? I would call pictures like that "old school aliens". Referring back to a time when digital editing was not within the mainstream.
Don't get me wrong, I do believe in the possibility of alien life. I just don't believe in most of the alleged photographic evidence.
