Did anyone ever get to see the 1994 version of Texas chainsaw massacre? Something very interesting stuck out, perhaps othere have noticed it. This was with Renee Zellweger and Matthew McConaughey before they became popular.

Well anyway McConaughey is the bad guy and drives a tow truck for a certain wrecking company. The interesting part is the name of the wrecking company "Illuminatti" wrecking. Look on the doors of his truck and you can make it out, its an old beat up truck so ya got to look for it, but if you look you can't miss it.

Second there is a part where McConaughey's girlfriend is sympathetic to the captured Zelleweger and explains that the she would like to help but the situation is out of her hands. She tells Zelleweger that she and McConaughey work for certain people, the kind of people who killed JFK. The people that you often hear about that really run the world. She then said those people put an explosive type of device in her head so she would blow up if she did not go with the agenda.

Then somewhat near the end we see the boss drive up. He was a professional type man wearing an expensive suit, arrived in a limo with a chauffer. I was thinking is this supposed to be a spoof of a certain particular elite, perhaps a Rothchild? Anyhow this boss lifts up his shirt and slightly reveals what seem to be markings on his chest, something from a secret society.

Does anybody know about this movie? Is there anything to it that I missed? Or was it just a joke? I say this because I never seen "Illuminatti" in any other movie then hear descriptions of people who sound like they would be members.

By the way this was one of the worst movies I ever seen!

Im sick as a pig right now but I have been wanting to reply to this post since I saw this film two nights ago (I did an ATS search). When I saw the film I had no idea what to expect. But not moments after watching it I went straight to the net to see what other people have said. Apart from here, this one post of yours, I could find nothing.

I found the film odd to begin with, like it was deliberately made in the style of a B movie (I think they call it 'camp'). When I saw the 'illuminati wrecking' sign on the truck, I was like, woah whats that about?

She also said that it wasnt the government but a secrect organization that has been going for thousands of years.

When I did a search on the net about it, I found that most people hated the film and not only that they didnt get the illuminati bit at all. In fact they missed it completely (for the most part) and either called the well dressed man a millionaire or CIA agent.

Im thinking youre right, the well dressed man's name was.... wait for eeet.... Rothman

Well, I found out that the film was heavily edited and delayed for like 3 or 4 years before its release, I also read that a lawsuit of some sort was taken against it by those two actors that are famous now.

By the way this was one of the worst movies I ever seen!

lol it was bad wasnt it? Except I think it was made like that on purpose, I read that the sound and technical formats were spot on but the inconsistencies were huge, like the girl who was put on the meat hook but later was found down the road - how did she get away?

What I think the film was saying is this, the Illuminati rules and it makes these 'snuff' films by paying psychos to kidnapp and kill people for their (illuminati) enjoyment.

I found this ATS thread about snuff films which really highlights what could be going on here.

I urge fellow ATSers to watch this film, there is hardly any gore, in fact the fans of TCM series were very dissapointed in this, no massacres with chainsaws to be had anywhere.

Well thank you for replying. I was actually surprised that you were the only one to reply to this. I guess not many people seen the movie (I can't blame thm) but for the sake of "conspiracy" fellow members should see this, there is something really weird about it.

I really would like to find more out about the boss guy in the suit. Who is he? And why does he let Zelleweger go away. Not even that but he has her taken to the hospital, where she could easily tell the police that the suit guy was in charge.

I would really enjoy to hear other people's opinions on this movie.

Yeah, I was surprised too that mine was the only reply.

Well the guy in the suit, his name was Mr Rothman (according to some reviews I read). I believe he lets her go because he has zero fear of repercussions, I mean lets face it, Illuminati are above it all eh. Did you notice the woman on the patient trolly right at the end? She was down as Anonymous on the credits! Its possible that she was one of the actors from the original film, the one who got away, which is kinda creepy as it goes against typical hollywood endings.

That film creeped me out for the very reasons we are discussing it. If you look for reviews on it, you will find most people either hated it (they made Leatherface into a transvestite lol, not enough gore, inconsistencies etc. ) or found it funny.

I want to watch it again! But it means prolly buying the damn thing

Heya fooffstarr

Nah, we arnt talking about the original, this one is made in 1994 and it has a couple of names too. The Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre or Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Next Generation, either way its the film with Matthew McConaughey and Renee Zellweger (so make sure they are in it before you get the film). I believe that the original writers were involved with this film too, or at least just Kim Henkel.

As a side note, I saw the original film when I was 10... at my childminders house!

Ok so it is like a sequel. I'll have a look for it this afternoon. Gotta love having a year's free movie rental! (thanks to a radio competition)

I understand that this is an old post but I just saw the movie saturday night 10-29-11, of course it was on for Halloween time. I saw this movie and was shocked when I barely caught the word "illuminati" written on the side of the truck, I was not enjoying the movie at all but decided to watch it all the way thru to see if the illuminati refrence actually was linked to the plot in one way or another. It was but in such a minut amount that if you took those details out of the plot line it wouldnt have affected the movie at all. Something is very wierd about this movie and the small amount of detail to the plot.
