I was just curious if there were scheduled maintanance for the ATS server/s at hourly intervals during afternoons?

Normally everyday, I'm unable to access ATS for about 4 mins at either 3,4 or 5pm GMT.


Any ideas?

Just a guess but it could be that there is a huge amount of traffic on the site that causes your browser to time out.

If so, it's strange that it happens on the hour. Why not 15.17? or 16.48? it's always on the hour.
