Britney and Paris were out partying and Britney was a drunken slob ... and without under clothes. According to all accounts she knew the photographers were there and she basically flashed them from the waist down. It also seems she flashed her breasts to photographers just a few days ago as well.

THIS is the woman who is in a custody battle with her soon to be ex-hubby K-Fed?
THIS is the woman who wanted a judge to stop the release of K-Feds movie of her naked?

Seriously ... she's WAY out of control and she doesn't deserve to raise her children.
Neither does K-Fed. I hope the courts step in.

This happened on three different occasions and they all involved her getting out of the car. I bet the next thing is gonna be Playboy...

But she can't be a fit mom if she's partying so hard that she can't control herself and ends up flashing herself for photogs (more than once!).

Where are the kids? What are they going to say when the get a bit older and kids bring them pictures of their moms private parts ... and how is she going to be able to maintain discipline with the kids when she can't even maintain herself?

K-Fed definately doesn't deserve custody. He just wants the child support payments to go spend on his own parties. Britney isn't fit (in my eyes) to be a parent. I feel VERY badly for those two little children.

the reporter mentioned its no big deal really these days as they've caught Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton without panties on and flashing for all the world to see.

He fails to realise of course, that neither Paris or Lindsay is a mother and this is perceived as not only disgusting but totally irresponsible for a mother to do.

I suggest that Britney get her self some friends her age who have kids.
e.g Nelly Furtado is 27,single and has a 4 year old daughter. I'm sure there are many more around.

Look, I can't stand Britney Spears as much as the next person, but if the only argument is that mothers can't go out in public without panties on, that's just ridiculous. It's not like she tried to show it. There's a hundred paparrazi outside the car door with flash bulbs.

That being said, any woman that would have a kid with K-Fake, much less marry the poser, shouldn't be allowed to procreate.

(it's up to you if you believe them or not - reporters aren't always reliable as we know) I saw the photos (which can easily be googled) and they show Paris trying to push Britneys legs together but Britney continued on.

She was in a dress that was too short and she didn't have underwear on. She knew full well what would happen. She knew she's have to step out of the car and she knew what would happen ...

Yeah, I read that in the paper this morning. It sounds as if her handlers are trying to take the situation and turn it in her favor. It also sounds like a very immature girl lying right to our face with her fingers crossed behind her back.

I guess by adding the "Victoria Secret" part she figured that would go a long way in reestablishing her sexy persona.

You know having a good time once in a while is fine, especially on New Year's Eve...but this "woman" with two kids can't seem grasp the concept that whether people don't like her or not, that she has a responsibility to her kids to grow up.
