What would have happened in the Middle East if 9/11/2001 occurred on 12/25/2001? Would there have been an official declaration of nuclear war? Would there have been an official declaration of World War III?

Merry Christmas to All!!!

Merry Christmas to one all at ATS from me and mine.

Something I'm doing this year that I've never done before is not give out presents
on Christmas day. I just want to reflect and have a spiritual day.
I've already told family and friends I'll see them on Boxing Day.
I'll be going to the Boxing Day sales and buying some gifts then.
I'm making it a point from this year on, to seperate the spiritual from the whole
Santa Claus thing , which is great fun, but I'll be doing it AFTER Christmas Day.

I'm hoping to get down to my local mall on and give out some food,cake, soft drinks to the regular street people who hang out down there on Christmas day.
There not exactly homeless but live in refuges around here. But they still could do with
some christmas cheer from random strangers.

What is the greatest gift that you can give this Christmas? I believe it is saying "I love you" to another being and to as many beings as possible.

Will people that are Muslims, Buddhists, Jews, or of other religions at least partially celebrate Christmas this year? Can we not share the good aspects of all the world's great religions to form one great world religion?

How are the world's leaders going to celebrate Christmas this year? Are they going to add to it, embrace it, partially embrace it, or ignore it?

What if you received no gift this Christmas? What would you do? Remember that God loves the lowest of the low. If you offered love in the prior year, how much more would be your heavenly reward!!!

That's why they'll never ban Christmas and wish to take the Christ out of mas - Generic shopping frenzies.

well this year i am offically banning christmas, it is little more than a commercial holiday where people are ruder than normal all leading up to one day where everyone else pretends to be nice to each other in the anticipation of recieving gifts from them only to go back to being their unabashedly rudeselves again the next day.

I think the big fat guy in the blood red suit should have his arse banned from every house on CHRISTMAS DAY. Santa Claus after all, is the perpetuator of all things
commercial on Christmas Day. He rains on Jesus' parade every year.
I say KILL SANTA. (or at least move his gig date to another day)
