crazy thought on easter island/atlantis

in the movie atlantis[by disney] the stone heads were monuments that protected the city. what if each head on easter island was a king of guru or some thing like that. the remains of the person may be buried under each head or they were put there to protect the island......interesting thought indeed

not really as all the heads date from the same period so there would have to be loads and loads of kings all ruling at the same time
also the heads have been fully excavated and there was nothing buried underneath them
researching using Walt Disney as a guide is doomed to failure you know

The indegenous populations must have sent the large boulders across the Atlantic to the Pacific by way of the nostalgic Kon Tiki raft. Quality may take a drawback with this ignorant vessel, yet though the norwegies were able to prove that it could work. mabye they paid someone like the Phoenecians. They went around Africa while herodotus was still picking grapes thinking the world would come to an end before,...I think that is why Herodutus did it....maybe it was the Egyptians
