FBI Investigators arrested Chad Castagana, on Saturday at his home.
Castagana is suspected of sending more than a dozen letters in 2001 that contained an unknown white powder to Keith Olbermann, Nancy Pelosi, Sen. Charles Schumer, Jon Stewart and David Letterman.
Tests later determined that the powder sent was nonhazardous.

A California man suspected of mailing threatening letters containing a suspicious white powder to celebrities and U.S. politicians has been arrested and could face federal charges on Monday, the FBI said.

They do have a thread about him over there, though I have not read it. I also didn't link it but can be found easly enough for anyone with an interst.
Funny how they can catch this guy but not the poeple behind the real Anthrax mailers.
