Theres a lot on the tunguska event,but I don`t think I have come across much stuff on the installation(although they may be related?)

I remember reading an interview between Graham Birdsall (ufo magazine) and the head of a russian ufo department.

Just done a quick search for the subject,all i could find was that Nexus Page.
I`ll have a better look later when i have a bit more time.
