Water Torture

Do you personally believe that it was right for President Bush to use the water torture method for gaining info from terrorists.Just in case you dont know the water torture method is where you are strapped to a board and your head is submerged under water.You are literally half drowned when they pull you up.Does cruel and unusual punishment apply to suspected terrorists.Thankfully Congress prohibited Bush from practicing this method.Tell me what you think.

I thought water torture was where you are strapped down and a pot or vat is suspended over your head usually of some height approx 5 feet over your head. Then slowly single drops of water are dropped onto your forehead for hours on end like a drop every 3 seconds or so. I know this to be a very ancient chinese torture technique which sends people absolutely crazy depraving them of sleep, Comfort or even a quiet place within their own mind.
