Do you personally believe that it is right for President Bush to create prisons the U.S. population does not know about.Do you think it is illegal for him to withhold this kind of info from the public.If he will withhold this info what else is he hiding.

These prisons were being built before Bush got in office thus suggesting that the real force behind this: aka the secret government or the military industrial complex or Majesty12 et al are the real culprits.

While it's true that these secret prisons existed before Bush, Halliburton got a $365 million contract a year or 2 ago to build lots more of these "secret prisons". No one seems to know for sure what they are there for.
