Help for weblog

I have registed two weblog for write some my own articles. But while I log in, I found it is totally different with Chinese Weblog, I even don't what does prodcast mean. This word I have never learnd even couldn't be checked out form dictionary. Also there are some other words I don't recognize. Here are two weblog I registed in, so would you mind tell me how to write?
