I was a radio operator in Marine Corps and there is only one instance and one only when you say repeat on the radio. That is when you want the last
command done again. (example: if you do a bombing run and you didn't get all the target you may tell the aircraft to repeat to hit it again) All
other times SAY AGAIN is what you would say to get the last remark said again. I have been out of the Marines for many years now and still can't
say repeat in conversation. I always say "Say Again" that is the extent of training government personnel get on that particular word.
Just an informed opinion on that radio transmission transcript.
