It can be hard if you don't understand the whole concept. If you do a search here on the forums, there are some execlent posts from others that will give you more information. Good luck in your search and RV.

im not sure , but i think it is for a selected few who somehow use the part of their brain that other people do not.. i have had this happen to me , i do not know what caused this , sometimes i see things, like a camera in fast forward, but im to decipher the meanning. some times it is easy to decipher the meanning, others not. it is funny, tho,

Well, the thing with Remote Viewing is its a very tricky little bugger. A Remote Viewing session's accuracy can usually be described like this:

Imagine you're strapped into a Jet. The Jet is going Mach 2, 11 feet off the ground, and traveling down mainstreet Seattle. At the end, you are required to describe everything you saw down to the last detail.

That's how Remote Viewing is like, so don't expect to get things right the first time you try and Remote View something. When they had the Remote Viewing program in the government called "Stargate" they had their RVer's Remote View the same place over and over again to help the details come out.

It also helps if you sketch after a session. Sketching or outright painting can bring out images that you didn't conciously get, but your mind recorded anyway.

The Stargate Program I was talking about earlier established a number of protocols for Remote Viewing and I find them quite helpful when attempting to find something.

Assign a 5 or 6 digit number to the thing. The number is arbiturary, just remember that that number is supposed to take you to the object your looking for.

Concentrate on the number, and ask your subconcious what it looks like.

After that, grab at the first thing that jumps into your head. This first thing is your Subconcious's(which is the part of you that is actually seeing the trip) answer to your question. Never lead-question your Subcon., as it is highly persuadeable.

Your subcon. will never lie to you, but it will seek to please you. If you ask it, "Is the object blue" you'll probably get a yes because your Subcon. is seeking to please you by giving you the answer it thinks you want.

It can be very hard to try and clear your mind of static thought so you might be able to pick at the answer before it gets swept away. Relaxing music can help, but make sure the music is soft.

That's how I do it anyway, and I get moderate accuracy. Good luck!

I can remote view, but only for a small distance, like i can see things in the house or room next to me. I cant explain how i do it really, its just something ive always been able to do since i was young.

by now it's ~water under the bridge~ but Wed. nite on Coast-2-Coast
one guest was the Joseph McMoneagle one of the first half dozen
'remote viewers' in the Stargate Program of some dozen years.

He said the absolute best 'remote viewer' he knew was that ?Ingo Swann?

well, there are some key-words & key-names you might Google Search

__________

in my case, i never did 'remote viewing' as it's been redefined...

but if you want an exercise to ?travel? to another dimension/reality/consciousness/or maybe its astral projection?

i found (for myself) that staring intently at something like a 15w light bulb
(with the dimmer switch set real low)that your able to see the filament glowing...

i get, 100% of the time, a mental image "burned" into my conscious/subconscious
and with my eyes closed ....that ball of light i see, is small like the filament...
but thru intent & concentration the ball of light grows larger, and thru this "lens"
i can see landscapes or even cities or places///
as i continue in concentration the "lens" area can grow in size & brightness to become a panoramic almost high-definition movie screen... all the while, and on
every occasion my view point is from an altitude, as if i'm soaring or gliding,

I'm sure this is not the 'remote viewing' your intending...
I'm not even sure if this exercise is helpful in becoming familiar with one's internal dialogue & communicating 'Language' between your conscious & subconscious mind
The mentioned shortcut technique, was an outgrowth from experiences with shamanic journeys (as in going through the tunnel, with the bright light in the distance, and emerging into another plane/reality/altered consciousness where one can learn from [the Spirits or Gnosis in that world] or acquire 'things+stuff needed' to remedy ills) in the normal physical world.

I am just starting out wit RV, so i haven't actually done much yet. I have astral projected once or twice and had a few lucid dreams, and this is a pretty good website for all of it.

Astral Society

I'm not too sure about this next one though, because I haven't worked through this program yet, but it seems legitimate. Maybe some other members have already been to this website and could comment on it.

Farsight.org

Good luck to you TeH PwNeR, I hope you are successful.

There's a good book you can read about the stargate program although it doesnt tell you how to RV it does give you a good understanding.(The seventh sense)written by lyn buchanan who was trained by Ingo Swann.

The ability is open to everone, but after several milleneium. We have built up pscyhic walls that block us from reaching those levels.Thats why some can and some cant less pscyhic Barriers. Also explained in the book and several others.

i wish all this stuff about RV, AP, and Spoon bending would have really easy tutorials maybe even videos with them. i am 14 years old and its all hard for me. I have been lucky enough for an OBE to happen to me only once, but thats the only thing odd that has happened to me.

Hey, I'm only 16 and I know plenty about how to do this stuff. Here's the site that got me started:
www.psipog.net...

Here's the site that got me doing Spoon bending:
www.fork-you.com...

P.S. The only reason that these things don't have really easy tutorials is because these things aren't the easiest thing to do. Also, it can be really hard to describe how to do them.
It's not like a Math problem, where you add two or subtract five. The best you can do is practice what we can tell you, and hope that the message finds its way to your Subconcious before you grow too old.
