N. Korea back to 6 party talks

It appears one Bush Administration foreign policy strategy might be working.
Kim has agreed to return to 6 party talks.....at least until he changes his mind and decides not to.

The Chinese negotiated this deal. I would bet that they reminded NK that they (China) supply NK with most of it's oil. Whatever works. I hope this is not just another stalling tactic as in previous negotiations.

Btw, the US welcomed the announcement, but stressed that they will continue the sanctions, including searches of material into NK.
