is it possible that aliens are ppl from mars who fled thr planet during there doomsday and came back to visit it and found us living in a nearby planet.

I highly doubt it.
While yes Mars at one time did have liquid water and was capable
of supporting life, the probability of intelligent life evolving enough
to the point that the creation fo an evacuation fleet was possible
in as short a time as life was a life viable planet is astronomical.


And even if such a thing hapened, they would have come to Earth
way back than, before life had truly started here.
