Where have my 'Ignore' and "Vote for Way above' function gone?

As the header reads -- I don't seem to have those functions anymore? Anyone know why?

That causes the buttons to disappear.

Well, you don't see the options in YOUR own profile because:

1) you can't ignore yourself

and

2) you can't vote for yourself.
