That's where I started out, but then started thinking, why add the German/Danish flavor, instead of just 'red herring' . (it IS red herring, correct?)

Well, I guess I'm gonna go back to the general time frame we left off, and continue from there. As good a place as any , at this point.

OK Guys weve been put through the ringer. This clue IS "the red herring".
Heres the total description of such.
