Where do you go to see how many referrals we need or have?

and look under this section:

'List of Answers'

you will see how it was set up, in the previous game,

which I think was proven to be the most painless,

as we will repeatedly come up on sections of the game where we have to re-enter ALL the answers.

So the fact there is no space in between answers makes this dreaded process much quicker and easier.

Of course the full address could be
link-shortened into just the answer, I imagine.

Not sure if I'm making myself clear, I'm kind of a rookie when it comes
to BB coding, and even less fluent in the jargon.

I've read through the previous posts, and i can't still get my head round this referral thing. Any help ?

cambion, you send the link to friends, post it on message boards etc and when someone clicks the link from a previously unlinked site you have created one unique referral.

it's a group effort.

no worries. the first time they hit us with the referral portion on a game we were all a bit confused as well. after 2 games and countless referral pauses, we've grown used to it.

Many Thanks for the TinWiki update.

Especially for the 'Quick List of Answers' section!!

Like I said before, this section will be invaluable,
especially when we get above 30 answers, are 'timed out',
and have to re-enter all the answers.html.

And accompanied with the 'Gameplay' section will be a superb place to point the newcomers and stragglers. (saving the rest of us from endlessly answering the dreaded, "I'm here, how do I play?" question.)
Not that we don't like to be helpful, but it gets old, especially, IMO, from those that can't be bothered to read at least ,some, of the thread.

BTW, wasn't there was a 'practice' page for TW editing, at one time?
I can't seem to find it anymore. Do you, or anyone else, FTM, know if it still exists?

Now if only we can get a definitive section on 'referrals'.
I thought I had a handle on that, until some recent comments,
left me wondering again.

I guess the only way to clear up the confusion is with a formal ADMIN explanation.(Sorry, in advance, for being so apparently dim-witted)

while I'm sure hunt or springer or SO or any combination of the three did address this issue in the games prior, a search shows nothing from them. Could be because the three mentioned above tend to post something in the game threads and then delete the posts.
