Weird experience last night

Last night my girlfriend and I were getting ready to go to sleep. She said she was staring at my wall were light comes in from the streetlight through the window. She said she closed her eyes for about 5 seconds and next thing she knew she was sitting on my window seal with one foot out,she looked back into the room and then stuck her other foot out the window,then opened her eyes and she was still looking at the light on the wall. She said she felt like she looked back into the room as if she was in danger or something.
What doesnt make sence to me is that she was not halfway asleep or anything like that. She felt like she was in danger like someone was after her. She felt herself on the window seal but when she looked back she couldnt makeout any objects nor could she when she looked outside. Anyone have any idea what this was? She says it felt really real.

emotionally it really got to me

Sounds like she maybe opened herself up to some residual emotional energy hanging around the place. Through staring at the wall, she may have put herself into some kind of hypnotic state which could have allowed that to happen. Could it be that some previous occupant used that window to escape from someone who really was after them? Needn't necessarily be that they died there, could just have left some strong emotions in the room.

Just a suggestion.

Not casting dispersions but was she on any narcotic, legal or otherwise? (Always helps to know, I'm not saying anything about you or your lady.)

Maybe your girlfriend picked up on some type of energy that let her see what really happen. There are people that can connect to certain energies that will show them what will and what did happen and maybe that is what she did. It sounds like she was seeing through the eyes of some one else. Tell her not to worry--it more than likely will not happen again.

No she was not on any drugs.

She possably encountered an abberation in the space/time continuim, sort of like a "time storm" and momentairly slipped into a dimension that exists close to our own.
