Microwave tower video - need some tech guys input

Found this video on youtube of a supposed high power Microwave transmitter tower hidden in a fake chimney. I was sceptical at first, but there were a lot of cables and something strange looking at the top.

Id like to get som input on the readings the cameraman has on his measuring instrument. To me those numbers mean squat and theres no explanation other than its a "high power microwave" tower.

I guess the implication by the creator of the video is that it is being used for mindcontrol, behavior modification or something evil like that.

I actually think its going on, but have never seen a claim where someone actually found a tower "outputting" a measurable "oddity"...

It seems to me the person that made the video has it pretty well worked out. It looked as if the radiation was meashered. So bout all you can do from hear is see who goes in and out of the building or talk to some one who has been in the building.

The instrument he is holding in his hand is a radio scanner tuned on GSM phone frequencies in Europe, the 900 MHz bands is for cordless phones in North America, GSM phones are in 1900 MHz bands in North America.

The other instrument next to his scanner is a signal strength meter, this helps him centering the dial on a precise frequencie to hear crystal clear voice of people talking on the phone. He rely on this device because he use a cheap RadioShack scanner, some more expensive scanners have the S-Meter already integrated onboard.

The microwave repeater hidden in the fake chimney is a line of sight signal, transmiting in the 30 GHz bands to link cell phone towers together, if he tried climbing on the roof top to put is radio receiver in the microwave beam he would probably fry the electronics in it.

Hope this clarify your mind control fears. But then again I could be a government disinfo agent, so keep the aluminium foil beanie on just in case.

EDIT: My bad, on closer look in the linked video it was not a S-Meter but rather a TriField Natural EM Meter (www.trifield.com...) What the ...? Does this really work for catching microwave cell towers?! If so, I think it's pretty clever actually for merly $220 this seems like the poor man's version of a microwave frequency counter I guess, because true SHF receivers on the market cost more than $15000. (www.macom.com...)

Well, my company installs cellular equipment and microwaves and the thing I cannot figure out is why such an elaborate system at such a low height. That is a commercial grade cable rack and looks like 7/8 inch eliptical waveguide.

My opinion is that this is some local person who may be offering wifi internet to a local area around their house. Hard to tell without seeing the array. It also could just be a small backhaul "hop". That would be two dishes back to back, but the smaller space leads me to think its likely just one drum which is transmitting likely from a T1 fiber optic source to a point of which fiber optic is not accessable and the chimney is likely because of appearance. Its probably feeding a dich on the cellular tower. Its standard practice but I would not want that thing on my house top. In the US, that would likely violate FCC rules for safe distance from the general public.

My x-boyfriends dad helped build all the microwave towers that are atop san bernardino, calif. mountains. While his dad and others were working on this them and thier families all lived in a desert area and was called the compound...truly strange I know this is a fact because I met and talked to his dad and his mom showed me pictures of the compound.
