I know this is a sports question, but I couldnt be bothered joining up the Sports Forum. Im curious to know, out of the five pro sports in US the NHL, NFL, MBL, MSL, and NBA - which ones have salary caps?

I believe they all have Salary caps save for baseball. The NHL just initiated a Cap system last year after a year of strikes.

So the Yankees can just buy any player they want? Do they usually do that?
