i think the xbox 360 might drop in price before xmas

which system do you play on buying at launch or getting for xmas??

ill give one vote for the wii, im deffinitly getting myself one at launch. actually im going to try and buy 2 so i can give one to my nieces for christmas so it might be 2 wii for me.

I'll be waiting a year or so till the best system (or system with the best games) proves itself, the bugs are worked out and the prices drop. I'm in no rush to leave the PS2.

I'm getting a new hat, and a new F250. but im buying them for myself.
IMO video games are a waste of time, sure there fun but after your done all you get out of it is extra fat, and less physical wellness which makes you completley useless unless your going to become some sort of scientist. Which i also now find useless we don't need any more technology we were fine 20 years ago. again IMO

I really like the concept behind the Wii, so it gets my vote. I won't be buying one until I can play on it first though. If it works as well as they say it will it should be a blast. I m still happy with my ps2 and xbox.

I'm not buying anything new right now. I'll probably get a Wii next year when the prices go down. I just ordered a Dreamcast yesterday, I'm gonna play on that for a while now!!

if i had the money i would get a Wii.
but i might likely get a wii next xmas.

huh? if your having fun...how is that a waste of time? is your time really that important.......I doubt it.
if your so anti-technology, and loved all things 2 decades old, then why are you blogging...since that didn't exist in the 80's.

Sadly I'll be getting none for christmas.

If i was super rich I would buy all three, but I'm not so I will just have to wait and save up for my PS3. I want the PS3 because it has many functions and capabilities, I liked the Playstation2's Library of games so the PS3 will likely be as good if not better.

Oh yeah, Resistance Fall of Man, MotorStorm, and HD games.

I'm getting a wii eventually as well as a 360, but not this Christmas.

I will eventually get an XBOX360 as soon as I am positive there are no more hardware problems. Until then I will continue to enjoy my Sega Saturn.

I've ordered X360 two days ago, it's pretty neat and I like it. I am a Playstation fan however I only buy consoles at least after 1 year on the market. PS3 looks excellent (HDMI + blu-ray + sleek design) price tag around 599EUR is quite high though.

The Wii for me! I would get it on release, but all my money at the moment is going on CoD3, GoW and a wireless headset.

PS2 probably. Lucky that you have factories producing these consoles in your country.
Here in South America Xbox360 for example, will cost R$ 2900,00 ~ 3000,00.
US$ is about 2,20 here, so if you convert it will be about 1363 bucks.

I'll still be rocking the original XBox. I have it modded to play Nintendo and SNES games. As you can see I'm a big fan of the retro games. Honestly, games aren't any better than they used to be, the just have better graphics.

Having said that I've played Tomb Raider Legend on the 360 and the graphics are AWESOME!. I'll probably get one eventually, but not this year.

I am getting the Wii as a Christmas gift but I am buying the PS3. I do not have the xbox 360 yet but I do plan on getting it sometime in the future. I have the old xbox and I like the system.

I'll be getting the Wii as a present for my gf, it seems the best really, with all previous games downloadable.

My brother has a 360, the graphics are awesome, but I've heard that the ps3 will be the new standard in computer gaming.
